Youngest Child Syndrome

*Note: This is NOT a pity party, and if you take it as such, you are semi-bogus.

Sometimes I wonder. I've decided I have the "youngest child" syndrome. You know, where you feel like you have one tiny speck of the talent each of your siblings have. Like the genes ran out of real talents so they just threw together a random combination of what they already gave the older siblings and said, "Hey, good luck with that."

For example:

Sunshine: Socially savvy, combined with her good looks makes her basically unstoppable in the social scene.
Star: "S-M-R-T" (smart). Reads and writes books of her own. Who could top that?
Dusty: Can anyone say, ART? Music, film, painting, whatever it may be, he's a pro.
Forest: Lovingly referred to as The Golden Boy. Perfect grades, teeth, personality. The family's number 1 people-pleaser.
... and then me. I know I have gifts and talents and such, but can you see why I feel just a little bit insignificant? It's like a 21st century philosopher trying to top Socrates.

I don't want people to try to name off qualities that I have that are oh so great. I just wanted to write this down. Proof that the "youngest child syndrome" does exist, because I am a Grade A example.

Warmest Regards.
